Shipping & Returns
The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies. Most items are ready to ship within 1-2 weeks. For details, please contact us.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns and Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges. In order to make a return or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of purchase, and ship items back to us within 30 days of purchase. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Unless defective or damaged upon arrival, custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
We are not responsible for items that are lost by the post office. If you do not receive your item in a timely manner, please use the tracking number sent to you in your shipping confirmation e-mail and contact your postal service. If we are able to assist you in any way, please let us know.

We do offer a Pick-Up shipping option. If you live locally and would like to pick-up your items, we are happy to accommodate you. Simply choose the Pick-Up shipping option during check-out. When your order is ready, we will contact you with details. Your order can be picked up at our Showroom, located at 35 Kings Home Drive, Chelsea, AL, 35043, and open Monday-Friday, 11AM-3PM.
